Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 10 minutes until the yeast is activated and foamy.
