Teriyaki Turkey Rice Bowls

This Teriyaki Turkey Rice Bowl is a delicious and easy meal that can be made in under 30 minutes. It is a great way to use up leftover turkey, and the teriyaki sauce adds a delicious flavor to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooked rice, turkey, peas, carrots, and green onions. Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the top and stir to combine.
