Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the flour, salt, butter, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and beat in the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
