Quick Spinach Pasta

This quick and easy spinach pasta dish is a great way to get your daily dose of greens. It’s a delicious and nutritious meal that can be made in under 30 minutes.


– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 cups baby spinach
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add the spinach, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the spinach is wilted, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the penne to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions.
5. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the spinach. Stir to combine.
