Crock Pot French Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs. beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

- 4-6 French rolls

Instructions:
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Add the onion, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
