Savory Chicken Enchiladas

Chicken Enchiladas

This classic Mexican dish is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is sure to please the whole family. It is made with chicken, cheese, and enchilada sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.


– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
– 1/2 cup shredded cheese
– 8 soft tortillas


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, enchilada sauce, and cheese.
4. Place about 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
5. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in the baking dish.
6. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
