Matcha Latte Oatmeal – Plant Based RD – Breakfast

This Matcha Latte Oatmeal is a delicious and nutritious plant-based breakfast that is sure to start your day off right. It is made with creamy oatmeal, matcha green tea powder, and plant-based milk, and is topped with fresh fruit and nuts for added flavor and texture.


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts (optional)


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the oats, plant-based milk, matcha green tea powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and creamy.
