Mini Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, etc.)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the warm water and olive oil and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball. Place the balls on a lightly floured surface and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
- Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the flattened dough circles on the tawa and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Flip the dough circles over and spread each one with 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce. Top with the cheese, vegetables, and herbs.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the vegetables are cooked through.
