Homemade Pear and Apple Chips

Pear and Apple Chips Recipe


– 2 pears
– 2 apples
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
– 1/4 teaspoon of allspice
– 2 tablespoons of melted butter


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Slice the pears and apples into thin slices.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.

4. Dip each slice of pear and apple into the melted butter, then coat with the sugar mixture.

5. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the slices over and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

7. Allow the chips to cool before serving. Enjoy!
