– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons matcha powder
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
6. Spread the melted butter over the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
7. Roll up the dough and cut into 1-inch slices.
8. Place the slices in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
