– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons matcha powder
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup butter, melted
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
