  • 4 slices of thick-cut white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Syrup or jam, for serving
