  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, tomato paste, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
