  • 1 cup of dairy-free milk (such as almond, coconut, or oat milk)

  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free cheese (such as Daiya)
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free yogurt (such as So Delicious)
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free cream cheese (such as Tofutti)
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free sour cream (such as Follow Your Heart)
  • 1/2 cup of dairy-free ice cream (such as Coconut Bliss)
  • Assorted fruits and vegetables
  • Assorted nuts and seeds
  • Assorted grains and legumes
  • Assorted spices and herbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine dairy-free milk, butter, cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add assorted fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains and legumes, and spices and herbs. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with dairy-free ice cream.
