Zucchini Parmesan Crisps – Damn Delicious
This delicious and easy-to-make Zucchini Parmesan Crisps recipe from Damn Delicious is a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables. The Parmesan cheese adds a nice crunch and flavor to the zucchini slices, making them a great snack or side dish.
Ingredients:
– 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat; set aside.
