Ingredients

  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil leaves. Slice the tomatoes into 1/2 inch rounds and place them on a large plate.
