Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Pasta in 10 Minutes


– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

– 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 8 ounces fettuccine
– Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

2. Add the roasted red peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.

4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Meanwhile, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.

6. Drain the fettuccine and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine.

7. Serve the pasta with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Enjoy!
