Pinon Cozy Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 onion, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 carrots, diced
* 2 celery stalks, diced
* 2 cups vegetable broth
* 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed
* 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 cup pinon nuts
Instructions:
