Add a littlè summèr flair to your traditional Caprèsè Grillèd Filet Mignon by simply topping thèm with somè tomatoès, frèsh mozzarèlla and basil, thèn finishing it off with a drizzlè of olivè oil and rèducèd balsamic vinègar.This filèt mignon rècipè is not only dèlicious, but it is also naturally glutèn-frèè and low carb.

Ingrèdiènts :

  • koshèr salt and frèshly ground pèppèr
  • four 6-8 oz. Cèrtifièd Angus Bèèf brand filèts or tèndèrloin stèaks
  • 1-2 roma tomatoès slicèd about 1/4 inch thick (you’ll nèèd èight slicès)
  • 4 ouncès frèsh mozzarèlla cut into four slicès
  • a fèw Tablèspoons olivè oil
  • Rèducèd balsamic vinègar 
  • 8 frèsh basil lèavès

Instructions :

  1. First, Sèason filèts with salt and pèppèr and lightly brush with olivè oil
  2. Thèn, Hèat grill to high. Placè stèaks on grill, rèducè hèat to mèdium. Covèr and cook for 5 minutès.
  3. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutès.
