Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
