– 2 cups self-rising flour
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 cup heavy cream
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and sugar.
3. Add the heavy cream and mix until a soft dough forms.
4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes.
5. Roll the dough out to about 1/2 inch thick.
6. Cut the dough into circles using a biscuit cutter or a glass.
