– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons matcha powder
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup milk
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 large egg


1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
