Quick & Easy Yaki Udon (15-minute Stir Fried Recipe!) – Choosing Chia

Ingredients:
- 1 package of Yaki Udon noodles
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1/2 cup of diced onion
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of diced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the Yaki Udon noodles according to the package instructions.
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
